Lake Latonka Social Club
The Lake Latonka Social Club is a group of Lake Latonka residents who provides the community with various social activities throughout the year. They enhance the community by offering an assortment of events that promote unity, friendship, and fun!

You may also see the Social Club lending a helping hand or providing lake service projects from time to time. The club meets once a month January - November at the Lake Latonka Community Center. Each business meeting is followed by a fun social activity.

The Social Club is currently over 100 members strong and growing! They invite all Lake Latonka property owners in good standing and their adult family members to join. Please check the Lake Latonka website or the bulletin boards for information on upcoming events or meeting times.

Latonka Players
The Latonka Players is the club at Lake Latonka that is dedicated to improving the community through the performing arts, community social & service activities, and donations to lake events. Every May is the Spring Show at the Big Red Barn, where the Players put on national award-winning plays, and several other formats such as variety shows and music. The shows have grown in quality to the point where they rival anything you will see at a community theater. 2019's show was the Broadway hit "Rumors" by Neil Simon, on May 25th. Tickets for shows can be purchased in advance at the Lake Office.

The Latonka Players are also the organizer of the very popular Fall Festival, now in its 42nd year, which was transformed last year to Community Day to meet state health department protocols, but we hope to bring back full scale in 2021. The funds generated at this event help the club to stage great live shows, and enable them to donate to help support the Friendly Frolic, fireworks, children's parties, water ski school, movie nights at the beach, and more!

The Latonka Players meet the first Monday of even months in the Small Community Room, and would love to have you join them! You don't have to be a performer to enjoy their club. The Players welcome everyone, in any capacity! If you have interest or questions, please email them at

Lunch Bunch
The Lunch Bunch is a group of folks who enjoy pleasant company and good food.  We gather around 11:00 AM on the second Tuesday of each month at various restaurants, typically within a 25 mile radius of Lake Latonka.  Since our founding in October 1995, the group has met in nearly a hundred venues so it never gets boring.  If you enjoy dining out and friendly conversation, please join us.  Contact information is posted on the bulletin boards and online.

Women's Club
The Lake Latonka Women’s Club was founded October 14, 1972 and is the longest standing club at the lake. The founding members stated the purpose of the club was to improve the community and promote a wholesome atmosphere for the entire family. Since 1972, the Women’s Club has upheld the principles that started this club. The club donates to surrounding charities, contributes to improving the children’s playground, and purchases small and large items for the lake to enhance its beauty and functionality.

The Women’s Club hosts four free children’s activities yearly, an Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th games, Halloween and Christmas activities open to all children and grandchildren of the lake. These activities are made possible by the two fundraisers the club holds; a Spaghetti dinner in April and a fall basket raffle held during Lake Latonka’s Fall Festival.

If interested in joining, please contact the office and they will guide you to the current contact person.
